Q. I am an independent designer / small brand. How can I apply for a shop?
A: Applying for a shop is subject to an invitation. If you believe your products fit the concept of the site, you can send us a request at info(at)thelittletreasures(dot)co(dot)uk and include a portfolio of your products (at least 10 high-resolution photographs of your products) and any links associated with your products you believe would be beneficial for getting an invitation to join.
Q. How can I learn more about the fees to rent a shop?
A: Due to the "invitation only" concept of the site, all possible options for renting, running and terminating a shop are privately communicated between the seller and the aministrator. If your shop application is accepted, prior to opening a shop you will be sent all information essential and relating to having a shop on our site. A contract shall thereupon be signed with both parties if the terms are acceptable for you.
Q. What kind of designers / artisans are you looking for?
A: We are looking for established as well as new emerging designers that offer unique, extraordinary products in terms of design and quality - something one would not ordinarily find elsewhere. Products that are created with utmost care and attention to quality and detail.
Q. How are products shipped?
A: The site The Little Treasures is not responsible for (non)- shipment of products. Contact the individual seller to acquire about their shipping and return policy. However if you have an issue with a product or a seller, please write us at info(at)thelittletreasures(dot)co(dot)uk and we will do our best to settle your issue and find the best resolution for you.
Q: How do you deal with refunds?
A: All sellers on our site are obliged to settle the refunds with their buyers according to their shop's refund policy. Please inquire about the refund policies of the particular seller you are interested to make a purchase from. If your refund issue cannot be settled with a seller, please write us at info(at)thelittletreasures(dot)co(dot)uk and we will do our best to settle your issue and find the best resolution for you.
